This policy explains what information we collect on Orvity's website when you request a quote or message us, what we use it for, and what you can do about it. "Orvity", "we" and "our" refer to Xiderus, LLC, which operates the Orvity brand in Raleigh, NC.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form: your name; your business's name, type and city; how long it has been running; the website or social media you share; what you tell us about your project; your budget, if you give one; and the phone number or email where you want to receive your quote.
When you message us on WhatsApp, by text or by email: what you send us and your number or email address.
When you visit the website: general technical data (for example, the page you visited, your device type and where you came from), which we use in aggregate to see what works.
How we use it
To prepare and send your quote, answer your questions and, if you hire us, run your project.
To contact you through the channel you chose. We don't send mass marketing.
To measure how our website and our ads perform.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information.
We rely on a few third-party services to operate: Google (stores the form responses and notifies us by email), Cloudflare (hosts the website and measures visits without cookies), Meta (if you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad, it measures whether the ad worked) and WhatsApp (if you message us there). Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.
We would only share your information if the law requires it.
Cookies and measurement
Cloudflare's visit measurement doesn't use cookies. If you came from an ad, the Meta pixel may use cookies to measure that ad. You can block them in your browser settings or your Meta account.
How long we keep it
We keep your quote information for as long as it's useful to help you. If we don't move forward together, we delete it when you ask. If you hire us, we keep it for the length of our relationship and as long as the law requires.
Your choices

Security
Your information is stored in protected accounts, and only the people who need it to help you can see it. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This website is meant for business owners and managers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with its date.
